2. Your registration to comet.mu confirms that you agree to all the terms and conditions of this website
3. A registered account can only be in the name of one person at a time

6. If you believe that your account has been hacked or tampered with, kindly contact our Customer Service immediately, failing which we will not be liable for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of such hacking, tampering or otherwise

Prices

1. Our products are sold at the price presented on the website at the time of your online purchase. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without any whatsoever notice.
2. All prices are VAT inclusive

Offers and promotions

1. You should rely on the product text description when you place your order. Photographs do not form part of the contract of sale and are for guidance only.
2. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary our offers and promotions at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice.

Payment

1. We accept payment by Cash, Visa or MasterCard, by Bank Transfer, by Juice, by PayPal, by card on delivery and by Hire Purchase.
2. All credit card payments are made using the secure online banking of MIPS service.
3. Your bank details are not recorded on our database and are managed solely by the secured MIPS service
4. At check-out, your credit card is automatically debited with the full amount due
5. Once payment is cleared, you will receive an email confirmation of your order

 

Delivery

1. Only one delivery address is permitted per order
2. Door-to-door delivery is FREE for orders greater or equal to Rs 2,000 and is Rs 150 for orders of less than Rs 2,000
3. Delivery to be done within three (3) working days (Monday to Saturday) upon clearance of payment
4. Delivery is made on working days only, between 09h00 and 18h00, without prior notification
5. National Identity Card (NIC) or passport and Quote/Order Number must be presented to our Delivery Team before delivery or collection can be made
6. If a third party takes delivery of your order, he/she will also have to present NIC or Passport for identification
7. We will not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered due to any incorrect information you have provided us or occasioned by events beyond our rational control

Returns

1. Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable
2. You are required to check the quality and condition products at the time of delivery
3. If the customer notices unsealed or damage products or any discrepancy upon delivery or collection, the customer should not take delivery and inform customer service immediately
4. Once delivery is complete, Comet will not be liable for any damage, non-conformity, or shortage of the products

Warranty

1. Warranty period is clearly stated for each product both on adverts and on warranty certificates
2. Terms & Conditions of warranty shall be stated on the warranty certificate of each product
3. Customer should ensure that he receives a warranty certificate upon delivery / collection

1. Comet.mu may contain links to other third-party websites and advertisements. Should you choose to access any of these links, you agree that Comet.mu will not be responsible for any content, advertising, products or services available therein
2. Comet.mu will also not be responsible for any dealings and disputes that may arise through the use of above-mentioned websites and hence our terms & conditions and privacy policy will no longer be applicable
